Hindrances in achieving Integrity
- Fear of confrontation on opposite opinions or quarrelling
- Fear of entering new ground and trying the new skills of speaking up for the truth as you see it.
- Fall for the temptation of speak behind the back of others instead of to the one involved.
- Forgetting what integrity is in my life.
To keep myself on track :
I would speak to myself that training makes me better and even the smallest attempts on trying this is worth celebrating.
If I want to say a certain difficult thing to a person I would think about how I express it in a loving way and in what situation to avoid intimidation of the person. Afterwards I won’t punish myself if that person got angry.

Integrity. That’s a really good choice of word. It covers a lot of ground.
I think it is a word that is only used by those who have it.
