A Contrast Between War and Peace
Today’s Prompt: Write a post based on the contrast between two things — whether people, objects, emotions, places, or something else.
I had to think about this task and found that I will make a contrast to another post I made on Denmark during the WWII in “Serially Lost Part Two”.
I have been permitted to use some old black and white photos from a friend of mine. The little boy is her older brother Niels. ( He is now a retired otologist.)

Thank you for sharing the photos. Isn’t it wonderful how children make time to play even in a hard winter?

Thank Angel for telling me this. I put this one together with the new one by the same photographer on the liberation days in Copenhagen
