Getting inspired from the One Word Challenge from the #Blogging 101 course I am choosing the word INTEGRITY. In a few posts I have worked on my Boundaries.

But to get sound boundaries I must have integrity in my life. Not a very easy one to make. I have to lean on a greater power than my own to have it. The definition is :The quality of being honest and upright in character.

Can I be trusted ? Do I keep my promises? Am I treating people the same way who ever they are?

I have leaned up on the bible since I was young. With out that I wouldn’t have made it and it seems that I have only just begun the journey.
