Prayer on Healing
Devotional Friday
I like to follow David Joseph on Periscope and Twitter. He is a Christian teacher called “Praying Medic” as he learnt to pray for difficult cases as a first responder in emergencies. I recently took notes on his Saturday teaching. I like that he does teaching on both biblical matters and on how he sees the things happening politically too. Christians ought to be involved in what goes on in the real world and not just escape into their isolated bubble.
Dave says healing is all about relationship with The Holy Spirit and that healing relies on the revelation of the subjects or people you pray for. Our authority comes from Him and the power comes from the Holy Spirit.
Searching for a picture of prayer I found a blog on the subject.
If God seems far away, spend time with Him. Be quiet. God’s presence is a key.
John 6:44 No one comes to Me unless the father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up on the last day.
Faith is, of course, a pillar and my infirmity does not disqualify for healing others.
Hebrews 1:1 Now Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen- Faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses.
Words of Knowledge (1 Corinthians 12:1-11)
While praying close your eyes and God will show you the things that are a hindrance to healing. Emotional healing is needing when nothing is moving. David Joseph is writing a book on emotional healing and I am looking forward to read it.
I believe that you have to train to accomplish anything and just begin to do it when a situation occurs.

That’s a great Christmas present for me. Then we will at least meet in heaven if not before
